Regular cupcakes

Vanilla - a deliciously moist vanilla cupcake topped with vanilla butter cream or fondant icing

Chocolate fudge  - moist rich chocolate cake delicious served with our dark chocolate butter cream or ganache

Lemon - lemon curd added to these cupcakes gives these a gooey lemon centre delicious topped with fresh lemon butter icing - these are an all time favourite. (order a few spare, one is never enough!!)

Carrot - moist carrot cake with brandy soaked sultanas - delicious topped with our cream cheese vanilla frosting

Victoria cupcakes (1) - our vanilla cupcake filled with strawberry jam and topped with vanilla butter cream

Apple & Cinnamon - moist cake with chunks of tender apple and warmly spiced with cinnamon delicious served with our sour cream frosting

Creamy coconut - made with creamed coconut and tangy lime

Victoria cupcakes (2)- our vanilla cupcake filled with strawberry jam and topped with vanilla butter cream or fresh cream and a strawberry

Lemon meringue  - our lemon cupcakes topped with a meringue topping

Raspberry trifle  - moist cake with chunks of raspberry and kirsh topped with a creamy custard and fresh fruit

Vanilla & White chocolate cheesecake - our vanilla cupcakes topped with a layer of creamy vanilla and white chocolate cheesecake and topped with fresh fruit

Cocktail Cupcakes (Mini cupcakes) flavours

Any of the above flavours can be used for mini cupcakes. For a special treat the following alcoholic cupcakes are simply divine.

Black Forest Gateaux - chocolate fudge cake, topped with black cherry conserve mixed with Kirsch, a layer of chocolate ganache butter cream mixed with Kirsch, cream and a cherry

Baileys -cupcake with chocolate chips drizzled with Baileys, topped with Baileys cream and chocolate chips

Amaretto - cupcake with amaretto soaked sultanas, drizzled in amaretto, topped with an amaretto cream with crushed amaretti biscuits

Malibu - cupakes drizzled with malibu topped with coconut ice and mailbu.
